    we begin with a 15 minute clinic where 2 types of pacelines will be discussed and demonstrated. we then go on the road where we will practice what was discussed. other road riding topics may be discussed to improve your experience as a rider this ride will break into various groups so don't be afaid to join experienced riders are encourgaed to come and mentor other riders
