There are a few places along the route where a paceline can be started for those who wish. Around mile 19 there will be a bathroom/deli stop.

Just noticed that this ride was not posted as the "Plus," but I have corrected that. If this ride needs to cancel due to weather it will be reposted for Wednesday The "Plus" will be a 3 mile flat loop to the beach. No optional hilly loop at this time as the basic Slow Hills has enough hills for now. Hills 101. We'll do B- on the flats and whatever we individually can on the hills. No need to keep up on hills; wait-ups as necessary. Stop halfway at the lighthouse in Old Field; bring a snack -- no bathroom there. There may be a bathroom at the beach. Cancellation or change if needed by 8AM. Cell day of ride only, please:631-835-1454
