NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Come out and join me for an early ride from Bellport to the Beach. We will make a bathroom stop at Wertheim, then a quick stop at 7-11 for any snacks or beverages on our way to the beach.
This is a C+ ride, which will average 12.5 - 13.0, depending on the wind and the riders, and there will be cue sheets.
Join me for a tour ride through Bohemia, and Islip. We will be going B- pace and average around 15mph. The route is still under design but we will definitely plan a stop off somewhere for breakfast. We can discuss the stopping point at the bike start.
All SBRA bicylist are invited no one will be dropped.

Scenic Westhampton area ride with a chance to stretch your legs on Dune Road. The direction of the loop will depend on the wind. We will visit Hampton Bays and Quogue and go over the Ponquoge Bridge, the rest of the route is pretty flat. Both possible loops will include a stop at the Beach Bakery towards the end of the ride. Moderate B- pace, the average will be between 14.0 and 15.0, cruising speed between 15 and 17. Bring plenty of fluids and a snack. We will have a short rest stop near the middle of the ride.
Let the good times roll! This is going to be a fun-run paceline ride to Briermere Farms. We're going to ride an easier pace today, to save our legs for the Tour of the Hamptons. NO pushing the pace on this ride, save that for Sunday!
COME ON THIS 18-22 MILE RIDE AT A 10.6-11.6 PACE. Newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Bring water and a snack if we do not stop as direction depends on the wind direction, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition. Nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 8:30am. PARK ON SOUTH SIDE OF RR IN LOT ACROSS FROM SCHOOL.
