I’m not a golfer, but there’s a saying in golf, probably from Tom Moore, that goes like this:  “it’s hard to swing easy, and easy to swing hard.”  Well, the same goes for cycling, it’s hard to ride easy, and easy to ride hard.  This will be a hard ride, we are going to ride easy.  A purposeful zone 1, very low zone 2, or for those that are zoneless, a steady 17 - 17.5 mph.  Anyone wishing to change those parameters will be on their own.  So come out for a hard ride.  I hope to see you.
