Today's Mi Tierrita ride will be going to the Beach. The route is mostly flat with a small incline here and there. The average pace for the ride will be between 17 to 19.0 mph, depending on the roads and wind direction. The road speed will be between 15.0 and 16.0 mph. The usual break-a-ways will happen for those who desire. We'll stop along the way for a bathroom break around mile 10. Don’t forget to bring a snack. Do you know what AGUAPANELA is? Come and find out. Pulls are appreciated

Let's head out east for a late season ride from Hampton Bays to Montauk, almost a Montauk half century. The ride will leave at 9:15 from the Hampton Bays LIRR station parking lot.
The ride is around 48 mostly scenic, miles, including the fun rolling hills on Old Montauk Highway with some great views towards the ocean. Ride will keep a steady pace, but won't overly rush as we want to enjoy the tour out East. Once we get to Montauk, we take the LIRR back to Hampton Bays. Please be sure to bring a bungee cord to secure your bike on the train.
Bring some food, snacks and sufficient hydration. Most importantly bring an upbeat inquisitive attitude ready to explore.
Please text Bill Mastro at 917-921-5358 with any questions and to let him know you will join us.
Off to Briermere's, with a brief viewing stop on the way of the American Bison heard, if they are in a pasture near the road Briermere's has individual baked goods, and if enough riders are interested, we can split the price of a pie. Hot drinks are available, as are indoor bathrooms and outdoor picnic tables. To join the ride, please text me at 631-356-3036 with your full name and date of ride. Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which would be posted by 08:00am.
