Meet at the parking lot just south of the train station. We will do a short loop through Sayville, then head west to the Oakdale train station, followed by a loop through the Oakdale area around Dowling College and then return via Montauk Hwy to the ride start. Bring snacks, there is no food stop on this ride but we can take a short rest stop along the way. Pace will be on the low end of the B- range ( 13.0 - 13. 9 ).
