Update: I am changing the distance to 15 miles. We are going to Southhaven park and back.
We will have the Woodside rollers to deal with but I think for the weather that just might be enough!
Hopefully next week we can extend the mileage and get the training on schedule.
Well today starts the first of my Century Training Rides. The ride level is a B and as the weeks progress the hope would be that we are at the high end of a B and the lower end of a B+. Each week the mileage will progress to where we should all be able to complete the century. My group will stay together and no one will get dropped.
All riders are welcome even if you do not plan on doing the century however after we complete the 55-60 mile mark a few weeks into the the training I will ask who plans to complete the century.
Please come on time and ready to roll.
Check each morning of the ride for any time or route changes due to weather conditions.
