I’m going to try again for a warm day. Around mile 15 you can have your choice of a little ice-cream, or yogurt, with or without toppings; calories are free. If you don’t want the sweet stuff you can get coffee. The average pace for the ride will be between 13.9 and 14.3mph. The route will take us past Lake Ronkonkoma if you want to take a quick dip; I’ll wait. The road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. No one will be dropped. Always check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:00 AM if necessary.
