    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Sayville Train Station south side of tracks. No one left behind. Helmet required. Water bottle that fits snug in the cage on your bike. No Poland spring "like" bottles. Come join us on this scenic route to Flo's at a C+ pace.

    Any cancellations will be posted by 3:00 Wednesday.
