    Solid B pace out to Manorville with a break at McD's.

    B+ pace when flat and wind is not a factor.

    Pace-line riding with 1-2 minute pulls.

    Patchogue Holbrook rd, Union, Blue point Ave, Buckley, Woodside, North rd, 111, McD's
    Return along similar route.

    Will post changes by 7am.
