    Out to Manorville via Woodside, Horseblock, Victory, Weeks, Schultz, Gruman, River ....to McD's.

    Return heading further south to Montauk Hwy and back to start.

    Solid B pace with B+ when it's flat and easy.

    Paceline riding.
