Join me for a ride thru Bellport and Patchogue this morning starting from the Holbrook Country Club with an average pace between 14.5 and 15.0 mph. naturally, the road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. The final average will depend on wind direction and route changes due to construction. There are some spots to stretch the legs if so desired.
