    SORRY-I'm cancelling today, hopefully in enough time for you to find another ride to do. I seem to have come down with a virus with fever and don't want to wait to see if I could ride tomorrow (what did mom always say- 24 hours without a fever! LOL) so will do this ride another time. Happy Father's Day.

    Looks like a nice day to head to the beach for a brief stop before coming home to any Father's Day plans. Park in the lot across from Kreb Cycle. We will make a stop at 7-11 for those who want to buy a snack to take to the beach. Make sure to use sunscreen and bring drinks. Cell phone 516-330-1542. Pace may go up to low B- (13.2) but will adjust to the needs of the group.
