    Come join us for a stroll around the neighborhoods and down to the beach. NO ONE LEFT BEHIND. Extra care taken for Newbies. Mileage depends on daylight, back before dark. Any cancellation by 4PM. Average pace is 11-12.5MPH. Terry, Irene - we miss you!
    p.s. Hammerheads - if Steve has his new bike he will probably post a ride for tonight, keep checking the web site.
