    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    on the Bike Path ;-) ... This ride will hopefully give you a taste of riding a bike path ... unfortunately we'll only do the 6+ miles on the path but there are "NO CAR BACKs!!" ... there are some road crossings and even a few hills on the Bike Path from Stony Brook to Port Jeff Station. The rest of the miles will be mostly flat in Coram, Mt. Sinai and Miller Place. This ride will be a moderate B to fast B ride ... NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND. Starting time of 8:30 AM to try to beat some of the heat. CHECK BACK FOR CHANGES TO THIS POSTING AFTER 7 AM ON DAY OF RIDE ... Weather may be a factor!
