    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Ride 25 miles to a break at McD's in Manorville and then return.

    Following the most recent guidelines, this ride will go 18mph the entire time except for a two mile warm up at the beginning. It is posted as a B/B+ in case I want to slow the pace down.

    We will paceline where appropriate.
