    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Park on south side across from station. Plan on 24-28 miles depending on wind and tide. Average pace 11-12.5MPH. NOBODY LEFT BEHIND. Newbies always taken care of. Any cancellation by 8:30AM. Deli stop at Bellport to pick up snacks to eat at the Dock. Either get out and ride or stay home and get FAT!
