    **UPDATE 9/12/2014 - 8PM - If there is a chance of rain in the afternoon the ride will be cut to 28 Miles.**

    It’s off to Manorville for a change. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 to 15.0 mph. perhaps a tad higher depending on the wind direction and other conditions. We will slow down for humidity and squirrels. Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17 mph.) to produce the average.

    A rest/ food stop at Mc Donald’s or the bagel shop is scheduled about mile 20. There will be some leg stretches along the way for those who feel the need.

    Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30AM if necessary. My cell number is 631.484.3490; call anytime if you have questions about the ride or need directions to the start.
