    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Get a ride in before the season ends! Quick stop at deli or 7/11 to pick up a snack to eat at the beach if needed. Average pace is 11-12.5MPH (depending on riders ability, wind and tide). NOBODY LEFT BEHIND. Any cancellation will be by 9:00AM. Best to check website before heading out as conditions change quickly this late in the season. Quick deli stop before we make our rest stop at the beach. Newbies always welcome. Lynelle, Nancy, J-Bone, Karen, Buzz we miss you!
