Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
SBRA Guide Lines state that a B/B+ ride may have a cruising speed of 18-20mph. This ride is relatively flat with very few traffic lights and miles of open roads with no stops. It is rather easy to maintain this cruising speed especially if there is a tailwind. There is a probability that the ride may come in slightly higher than the normal B/B+ ride average of 17mph recommended by the club. There are no wait-ups since my policy is no one ever gets left behind. I will always be with you. Come out and challenge yourself, learn to ride slightly faster and how to ride safely in a pace line. Ride with the confidence that no matter what happens, it is perfectly acceptable to back your pace down slightly and still have people riding with you.
Todays ride will go out to the Manorville McD’s where a break is taken.
I will post any changes in the ride by 6:30am the morning of the ride. Please check the ride status before starting out from home. There are circumstances I have at home that may cause me to cancel a ride even if the weather is perfect.

Special Note to the Clubs Elite Riders (“Elite meaning those that ride 22+ mph hour)
I would like for all of you to continue riding with me this new season. These past few months I have enjoyed offering rides where you can all meet and cycle together. You are all excellent, safe riders that have taught myself and many others how to improve their skills and challenge themselves. You have always respected my requests to “Keep it 20 or under” and you know there are sections where I give you free rein. I am especially grateful how you always team together and pull my entire ride when conditions are bad and sometimes downright miserable. I must strictly adhere to SBRA guidelines, but I pledge to you I will continue to try to provide enjoyable rides for the “Fastest of the Fast”. I have heard enough parking lot chatter to understand that more attention must be paid to a large percentage of members that ride hard.
