Rocky Point to Stony Brook with Nissequogue option. We'll see how the group feels! Warming up with some rollers then hitting the hills of Port Jeff, rollers through Setauket/Stony Brook/Head of the Harbor, then mostly rollers with some hills including Thomson on the way back.
