Thanks to Ron for putting this together again. This is going to be a great ride. We’ll start out from the parking lot weaving our way through Patchogue, Holtsville and Cory Beach. Average pace between 11 and 12.5 mph; depending on wind conditions, tide, humidity and riders ability. Naturally the road speed will be slightly higher to produce the average. When we get back to the parking lot you can grab a bite at Flo’s Lunchenete, where they have umbrellas, tables and chairs before going just another 0.6 miles and 11 feet to the Blue Point Brewery where we can sample/buy the new stuff that is hitting the market. Last year there was also a food truck at the brewery with a nice variety of staples and fair prices. So, come out and join us for a fun filled day with your fellow SBRA'rs. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8AM if necessary. As always Newbies are always welcome. p.s. This ride is posted as a C but usually gets into the low C+ range as there is no C/C+ classification. However, we will stay together.
