Ride through the area around East Islip south of Montauk Hwy and Islip along Union Blvd. Depending on wind, tide and temps we may do a loop or two on the bike path in Heckscher Park and/or a loop down to Islip Beach. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 4PM on Tuesday. Newbies always welcome. Pace should come in around 10.5-12MPH. No one left behind. Get off your Butt and get some exercise. Mileage depends on groups ability.
