    55 mile rolling route-cue sheet from web site. pace is posted as a b+/a but will be set on the road by the group (some riders may only appear fast).

    here's your chance to either preview the route or to actually ride the route without staring at the wheel in front of you, gasping for air. a good warm up for gold coast, too!!

    saturday is july 11 (7-11) which means free slurpees at the 7-11 after the ride!!!
