    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    After polling the group at last week's ride I've decided to keep the start time at 5:30 at least through the end of September. This will now be a "slow" B ride, right around a 15MPH average in order to finish up before sundown. We'll also shorten the break time at Islip Beach. Lights are recommended. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 3:30. If ride is cancelled it may be rescheduled for Thursday.
