    WE will be heading out to the Beach Bakery today with a few stops along the way and on the way back. I will be going to the Seagull Century in a few weeks so this is a training ride for anyone that wants to come along. We wll take turns pulling the ride and we all stay together. The ride is about getting saddle time in and not about the speed today.
