    We'll do the same route to Strong's Neck, Old Field and West Meadow as the Wed Nite Roller Coaster (with similar pace - finishing @14.1, hills and coasting being lower/higher).  Wait ups as needed.  This will not be a race, but there are hills.  Beautiful roads make it worth the work!
