    The entrance to the Greenbelt Rec parking lot is on Greenbelt Parkway.   This will be a short but nice workout with a scenic snack break at the Spring Lake Golf course.  You can bring your own snack or buy food at the golf course cafe.  If you have questions or concerns call me.  631 831-7276 cell
