    Sorry -- rain early to mid ride.

     

    Emphasis on the "Slow," as I haven't ridden much of late.  Probably around 14-15 cruising on the flats and take the hills at your own pace; I'll meet you there eventually.  This is a no-push ride with wait-ups as needed.  Let's enjoy the journey.

    Ride to Old Field lighthouse and West Meadow Beach.  No bathrooms (and the beach bathroom will be closed) but short snack stop at the Old Field lighthouse -- bring your own snack.
