Naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17.5 mph.) to produce the average. The ride could be a low "B" (15.0-15.3) if the wind is in the right direction. A rest/ food stop at McDonald’s or the bagel shop is on the schedule around mile 14. There are a few places along the route where leg stretches or a pace line can be done for those who wish.
