Still Slow Slow, but the average is coming in at 13.  Ride is at 10 in the hope that John gets up in time to join us.

A slow C+, probably 13-14 on the flats.  Go at your own pace, tortoise or hare, on the hills.

This is hills 101:  lots of hills taken at your own speed.  Everyone waits for everyone after the hills; there's no push from the leader.  We'll do this ride just about every week through the season so that we end up at a B- pace by the summer.  We will ride to the lighthouse in Old Field, where we have a snack break (bring your snack).  There is no bathroom stop on the ride.
