I’m switching things up a a bit and having the long midweek ride on Thursday. Today it’s a “Tale of Two Lakes.” The ride begins at the Veteran’s Memorial Park in Calverton opposite the Calverton National Cemetery. Our first lake with some rollers is Lake Panamoka in Ridge then it’s east to Peconic Lake and back to the start. There will be a break at the McDonald’s in Manorville around mile 16.

I posted the ride at a low B/B+ pace; however, it will be adjusted if necessary because of weather.

Although not a strict pace line, I expect (hope) that there will be pulling help.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a structured group ride. Faster riders please join us if you want to do THIS pace and ride WITH the group. If you find the group’s pace unappealing, ride as fast as you want, but you are on you own and not a part of this ride and will be removed from my sign in sheet.
