    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be going to Manorville again… Except I will change the route up a little, not a lot from the way we went 2 weeks ago. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.5 to 15.0 mph. naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -16.5 mph.) to produce the average. A rest/ food stop at Mc Donald’s or the bagel shop is scheduled about mile 14-16.

    Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:00am if necessary. My cell number is 631.484.3490; call anytime if you have questions about the ride or need directions to the start.
