    NOT A RECOVERY RIDE (FOR ME ANYWAY). So I hope you took it easy on Sunday. This a team ride, working as a team for maximum effiency. Ride out of Sunshine Square Mall to the Tank farm. We do Sound Shore Rd. both directions and break at Briermier before returning via Mill Rd and Bellport Rd to SSM.
