    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Take a mellow and scenic ride to Lake Panamouka, which borders on the east side of Brookhaven State Park.  There will be some rollers on the way home, wait ups at the top of the hills.  No biker left behind!  Park near the Dunkin Donuts, bring your own snack and drink for a rest stop by the lake.  Cancellations will be posted by 7:30 AM.  Call my cell if you have any questions.
