    This is the ride that was delayed, moved and changed from yesterday...

    I thought we would change it up this week go to Middle Island. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 and 15.0 mph depending on the wind direction and other factors. Road speed will be between 15 & 17mph. Around mile 12 we’re going to stop at the senior citizen discount bagel shop or the full price deli; your choice. There are a few places along the route where one can stretch the legs if needed.

    Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30AM if necessary.
