    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    BACK TO JFK. POSSIBLE THROUGH HECKSCHER PARK AND BEACH STOP. Bring water and a snack as I will make up the route as we go. Pace should be 11-12mph. Only as fast as the slowest rider. Nobody left behind and as always, newbies very welcome. Don't know if I will have a chance to procure chocolate chip cookies, but will try. Again, pace is dependant on the phase of the moon, tide and wind. CHECK CALENDER BY 4PM TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES.
