    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Today we will be going to Manorville.… If it's a really nice day we might add a mile or two, but no more. The route will be the same as last time except for a change, if need due to the wind. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.5 to 15.0 mph. naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17.0 mph.) to produce the average. A rest/ food stop at Mc Donald’s or the bagel shop is scheduled about mile 12
