    We're off to Cedar Beach to view the Sound and stop for a snack at "my yacht club" (aka Ralph's Fishing Station) overlooking beautiful Mt. Sinai Harbor.There is one long but not overly steep climb after leaving the beach which we'll do at a leisurely pace with a wait up at the top.  Leader will maintain a 14-15 mph level ground cruising speed.  No one will be dropped.  Park adjacent to Dunkin' Donuts.  Any advisories will be posted by 8 AM.  Call me at my cell (631 747-6378) if you have any questions,
