    CHANGED… 06/27/2016… The Ride, Distance, and Location has CHANGED to the below ride. I don’t want to do the same ride twice in the week.

    Today we will be going to Manorville.… If it's a really nice day we might add a mile or two, but no more. The route will be the same as last time except for a change in the route, if need, due to the wind. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.5 to 15.0 mph. naturally, the road speed will be higher (15 -17.0 mph.) to produce the average. A rest/ food stop at Mc Donald’s or the bagel shop is scheduled about mile 12

    Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 7:30am if necessary. My cell number is 631.484.3490; call anytime if you have questions about the ride or need directions to the start.
