    I forgot to post my Monday night's ride for today, so we will do it on Thursday night this week.  

    Leaving Bank Of America heading to East Islip and into  Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14 to 15 mph and roads that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 4:00pm on Monday.
