    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Today we head out to the Beach Bakery. We will stop around mile 14 for a quick break in Moriches before heading to the Beach Bakery. The return goes through Manorville and then back to our start point. The pace is a solid B/b+ . We will take turns pulling the ride so we will all stay together.

    check for any changes the morning of the ride.
