    Did you do Ron's Saturday B+ training ride and feel good? Then ride todays B+ training ride or try to step up to Glen's B+/A if you want even more of a challenge. Start with Glen; can't hold on? Drop back to our true B+ ride, or don't want to hammer, just come on a leisurely B+ ride with us.
