    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Dune road to Hampton Bays while it is still cool. Stop at the former Green Door and then a stop at the bakery on the way back. Average pace should be 14.6 to 15 depending on the wind. Plenty of opportunity to crank ahead if you want. Bring fluids and good cheer. My cell 646-653-6856
