tHIS IS ONE REASON WE CAN'T LOSE WEIGFHT BY BIKE RIDING. Everyone had a great time on this ride last year so I'm doing it again. Any other leaders are welcome to post for this ride. Park in the rear of restaurant near the open field and have your ride arrive back by High Noon. Anyone can ride. If you want to stay for lunch (at your own cost) let me know morning of so I can give the restaurant a head count and they will set up an area for us. My ride is a C pace (11.5-12.9mph) average. Nobody left behind and as always Newbies always welcome. Any cancellation by 8am. Speed dependant on wind, tide, and leaders disposition of the day. And by the way, it is my birthday so come and ride with me to celebrate making it another year.
