The weather prediction is for hot and humid, so bring plenty of water.  The pace will be slower if needed, and the mileage can be shortened if the combination of heat and humidity is debilitating.  Definitely check the ride calendar by 6:30 am for any changes, especially since there is always a chance of rain in this type of weather. Off to Wildwood with a deli stop just before the park.  Wildwood has picnic tables and restrooms.
