    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    The evening ride for today will be a nice flat ride with only one hill. We will leave from BOA in Holbrook and work our way down to the Connetquot Bike Bath following the path to the end; then go North and East back to the start. The average pace for this ride will be between 13.0 & 14.0 mph. with road speeds between 14 & 15.5 mph.

    Please bring a snack since there are no food stops on this ride. If you need to pee we can stop in the park or the deli if they are open. Last resort would be the train station.

    Cancelations will be posted by 4:00PM if there is any reason to do so. If you have any questions about this ride or need directions to the start please call my cell at 631.484.3490.

    PLEASE DO NOT FARK IN THE MEAT FARMS PARKING LOT.
