    Due to the holiday, Monday night's ride is moved to Wednesday.  

    Leaving Bank Of America heading to East Islip and into  Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and back to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.  Lights are suggested for this ride.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14 to 15 mph and roads that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 4:00pm on Wednesday.
