    This ride was a great success last week, lets try it again... its a short 4 day week anyway and why not leave work early. Join your sbra friends for a fun ride. We can make it true TGIF and go to Apple Bees after the ride.

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip Beach for a short break and return to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.
