    This Excellent ride, created by Jim Flanagan, has really beautiful views and includes Caumset State Park, Sagamore Hill and Center Island. It's a perfect blend of hills, flats & FUN Downhills, lots of long FUN downhills! The rest stop is at the Bayville Deli. Experience Nassau's "Gold."  Come Gold Diggin!!!  It's a ride we did last Saturday that's worth repeating. GREAT Planning Jim.
